1. Campaign Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old (higher than our general app age requirement)
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have a valid email address registered with your Besties Closet account
• Have an active Besties Closet account in good standing
• Not be an employee of Besties Closet or its affiliates

2. Campaign Requirements

Each promotional campaign has specific requirements that must be completed within the campaign period:

• Requirements must be completed in full (no partial completion)
• All actions must be genuine and not automated
• Invited friends must be real people who create accounts and join the app (invitation alone does not count)
• Items added must be legitimate clothing items
• Requirements must be met before the campaign end date

3. Reward Redemption

3.1 Completion Verification

We will verify that you have met all campaign requirements before issuing rewards. This verification may take up to 48 hours.

3.2 Reward Delivery

• Rewards will be delivered via email to your registered email address
• Delivery typically occurs within 7 business days of verification
• You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and accessible
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

3.3 Reward Limitations

• One reward per user per campaign
• Rewards expire 30 days after campaign end date
• Rewards cannot be combined with other offers
• Besties Closet reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal value

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification:

• Creating fake accounts or using multiple accounts
• Using automated tools or bots to complete requirements
• Inviting fake or non-existent people
• Adding fake or inappropriate items to your closet
• Attempting to manipulate or game the system
• Sharing campaign codes with others to circumvent limits

Besties Closet reserves the right to:

• Modify campaign requirements at any time
• Extend or shorten campaign duration
• Change reward values or types
• Cancel campaigns due to technical issues or abuse
• Disqualify participants who violate these terms

For promotional campaigns, we may collect additional information including:

• Campaign participation data
• Progress tracking information
• Reward redemption details
• Email addresses for reward delivery

This information is used solely for campaign administration and reward fulfillment.
