2. User Accounts

To use Besties Closet, you must:

• Register for an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share inappropriate or offensive content

5. Sharing and Borrowing Rules

When participating in item sharing:

• Lenders must accurately represent their items
• Borrowers must treat borrowed items with care
• Both parties must honor agreed-upon lending terms
• Users are responsible for coordinating item exchanges

Your use of Besties Closet is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Besties Closet is not responsible for:

Any disputes arising from the use of our service will be governed by the laws of State of New Jersey. Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal action.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service.
